Exam Stress

It is a sad fact of life that after we’ve studied a subject we usually have to take some sort of test to prove we understood it all. If you’re at college or university you can be facing a huge run of exams, one after the other. A bit of pressure to make you work at your best is a good thing; crippling exam stress resulting in poor sleep patterns and mind blanking when it matters can lead to failure if it’s not handled properly.

If you’re stressing out about your exams and are afraid you’ll fail even though you’ve worked hard and can talk fluently about the subject when you’re not in an exam room, or you’re revising every night but nothings ‘going in’ then it’s time to give me a call.
